Operation 1 Coordination

The Ajuntament de Mataró is responsible for coordinating all the operations of this project, as well as guaranteeing the management, execution, communication and fulfilment of the project’s objectives. Thus, it is responsible for:

• Ensuring the fulfilment of the goals established in the different operations as well as facilitating networking and synergies among the entities that participate in the project.
• Measuring and controling project costs, accountability, as well as offering support to the partners and liaising with the DGAL, in compliance with the requirements of the ERDF.
• Communicating and informing about the results achieved.
• Executing the communication plan.
• In collaboration with the Consell Comarcal del Maresme, to disseminating, transfering and applyng the project throughout the territory.
